Welcome 2004 TCU/Cliburn Chinese Version 2004 TCU/Cliburn Japanese Version

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to peruse this website announcing the programs of the Eighteenth TCU/Cliburn Piano Institute. Through the years our programs have built up a wonderful range of supporters participating as performers, audience, volunteers, and donors.

The month of June has truly turned into a celebration of piano music in the city of Fort Worth, Texas. And in the heart of this fair city is the home of Texas Christian University and the Van Cliburn Foundation, both organizations focusing their resources on music and keeping our treasured traditions alive.

Tamas UngarOur 2004 programs present a superb faculty who will conjure their wisdom, knowledge, and skills for the participants of the Young Artists, the Amateurs and the Teachers Programs. Consistently, our approach has been the focus on performance and the maturation that only such experience can generate. It is rewarding to see how lives have been changed through the power of music and awe-inspiring to contribute as motivator. Come and be part of this wonderful and exciting process. I am inviting you to join us in Fort Worth this summer.
