How do I obtain tickets?
You may purchase tickets online or at the box office on the day of the performance. The online ticket box office will close at 2:50 p.m. the day of the concert. The box office will open at 6:30 p.m. for all Distinguished Artist Series and at 7:00 p.m. for all Concerto Winners Concerts.

What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH or electronic check payment for all online ticket purchases.
To purchase tickets at the box office we accept cash, credit card, as well as check (with ID.)

Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No paper tickets will be mailed. You will receive a confirmation by email after you have submitted your order online. Tickets will then be ready at the box office for pick up prior to the performance. Please present your ID.

What are the prices of the tickets per event?
$25 - Distinguished Artist Series
$20 - Concerto Winners Concerts with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra
Free Admission - Young Artists Concerts and Chamber Music Concert
Free Admission - Teachers Concerts
Free Admission - Amateurs Concerts
Free Admission - Amateurs Concerto Competition
Free Admission - Young Artists Concerto Competition

Who will be eligible for a discount on single ticket box office purchase(s)?
Senior Citizens age 65 and over – 20%
Registered Teachers – 20%
Press Pass – 20%
Students – 50%
No discount tickets will be sold online. To reserve discount tickets you may either purchase them at the box office prior to the performance or make a reservation by calling PianoTexas at 817.257.7456. Note - you must present a valid ID to be eligible for a discount.

Are there assigned seats?
All concerts are open seating. Donors and “Complete Package” subscribers will have priority seating. An area of priority seating will be designated and marked at each concert.
