Tickets
You may purchase tickets online or at the box office. The online ticket box office will close at 2:50 p.m. the day of the concert. The box office will open in the lobby of PepsiCo Recital Hall or Ed Landreth Auditorium 45 minutes prior to the concert.
What are the payment options? We accept all major credit cards and ACH (or electronic check payment) for all online ticket purchases. To purchase tickets at the box office we accept cash, major credit card, as well as check (with ID.)
Will I receive tickets in the mail? No paper tickets will be mailed. You will receive a confirmation by email after you have submitted your order online. Tickets will then be ready at the box office for pick up prior to the performance. Please present your ID.
What are the prices of the tickets per event? $25 – Distinguished Artist Series and Symphonic Series Free Admission – All Participant Recitals, including Young Artists, Amateurs & Teachers Free Admission – Amateurs & Teachers Concerto Competition Free Admission – Young Artists Concerto Competition
Who will be eligible for a discount on single ticket box office purchase(s)? Senior Citizens age 65 and over – 20% off Registered MTNA Teachers – 20% off Press Pass or Arts Card – 20% off Students with School ID – 50% off No discount tickets will be sold online. To reserve discount tickets you may either purchase them at the box office 45 minutes prior to the performance or make a reservation by calling PianoTexas at 817.257.7456. Note – you must present a valid ID to be eligible for a discount. Discounts may not be combined.
Are there assigned seats? All concerts are open seating. Donors and “Complete Festival Package” subscribers will have priority seating. An area of priority seating will be designated and marked at each concert.
